I have a very small garden, can I still have a garden office built?
A site visit usually take approx. 15-20 minutes, this gives us the opportunity to take some measurements and discuss with you the design of your new garden building. We will also be able to check what groundwork is required prior to installing the garden room. You will receive your quote along with a drawing 2-3 days later.
Our prices include all the groundwork, the base, Cedar cladding, double glazing, plastered & painted walls and high quality flooring. Once we have completed your garden room it will be ready for you to use!
Does the price include the groundwork?
Yes, at the site visit we will have assessed what groundwork is required and include this in our price.
Once I have decided to accept your quote, what deposit is required to book my garden room build in?
We require £250 initial deposit, you will then be required to pay 35% six weeks before the delivery date.
Yes, you can use your new garden room as a bedroom. Before we start building it though we will need to notify your local building control as garden rooms used as bedrooms are subject to building regulations.
I want to use my garden room as music studio, can it be soundproofed?
Yes! We can fully soundproof your new garden room, sound proofing requirements will need to be discussed at the quote stage.
I want my garden room to be self contained so I can use it as a granny annexe, is this allowed?
Yes, you can use your garden building as a granny annexe but all self contained garden rooms need planning permission before any work commences.
