Garden Office

You can have your very own individually designed garden room!

Some people may think that a ‘Bespoke garden office’ sounds expensive and may be out of reach. All our garden rooms are ‘Bespoke’ – this means that they are individually designed to suit your garden and what you intend to use it for. This doesn’t make it more expensive and the price of our garden rooms are competitively priced compared to some of the larger nationwide companies..

To be able to design your garden room you first need to think about what you want to use your garden room for. The main reason our clients have a garden room built is extra space. But what are you going to use this extra space for? Growing families can use the extra room as a garden cinema room,  a play room or garden office. With the popularity increasing of Gym and training apps many people are choosing to have a garden gym built. Whatever your requirements we will listen to your ideas and help you design a beautiful Garden Room!

Another important consideration is the best location in the garden to position your garden room. If your garden is on the smaller side then this is usually pretty easy to decide! But if you have a larger garden then you will want to take into consideration direction of sun, position of large shrubs and trees.

What are the Planning restrictions? How close to the border can it be built? And how high can it be?

These are some of the most common questions we get asked!

The majority of people want to position their garden building as close to the boundary as possible. The rules are if you position your garden room within 2 metres of your boundary then it will need to be built under 2.5m high to comply with current English planning restrictions.

All our garden rooms are built with this rule in mind and comply with this restriction.

If your garden is large and you are able to situate your building further than 2 metres from any boundary then the maximum roof height you can go up to is 4m. Perfect if you want your garden room to look more traditional with a pitched roof.

Once you have decided that you would like a garden room then please get in touch, we can arrange to visit, discuss your ideas and measure up. We will then work on a 3D sketch and prepare the quote.
